Prenatal Fitness

Rittenhouse Fitness offers special instruction for pregnant women with our Prenatal Fitness Package. Current recommendations for healthy pregnant women include regular exercise. Learn how to stay in shape safely, comfortably and effectively throughout the course of your pregnancy, as well as reduce pregnancy related aches and pains.  Our certified personal trainers, Eve Gordon and Gina Mancuso both are mothers of two and understand the effects of pregnancy on your body. At your first visit, she will evaluate your current level of fitness. Follow up sessions will include personalized workouts, with special emphasize on safety during pregnancy. Please obtain clearance from your obstetrician before starting this program.
