Hours

Rittenhouse Women’s Wellness Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding major holidays). However, specialists have limited availability to accommodate client appointments after 5 p.m. Please call 215-735-7992 to schedule an appointment.

Please note that the Total Wellness Package will require a full half-day visit.

Your First Appointment: A Checklist for Patients

Please bring the following completed forms to your first appointment:

• Total Wellness Services Registration Form
• Health History Questionnaire
• Your insurance and/or Medicare cards.
• Any relevant medical records.
• A list of medicines that you are currently taking.

Same-Day Appointments

If you are an established patient and are ill, please call (215) 735-7992 first thing in the morning. We’ll do everything we can to try to see you that day.

Appointment Information

If you will be late for a scheduled appointment, please call us at (215) 735-7992 so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us one business day’s notice before cancelling your appointment. If you do not call us to cancel your appointment, you will be charged a $25 service fee.
